Soft pressing of whole bunches, cold decantation, alcoholic fermentation at 14 degrees
Three months in three-steel amphora with stop for fine arrows, battonage depending on the tasting.
Tasting: Pale straw-yellow white in colour, white flowers on the nose, especially linden with hints of yellow peach and citrus. Squeeze out the lemon and it is rightly balanced

Serve at 6-8 degrees
